About the Role
Zonal Sales Controller will provide financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize the use of commercial resources. This role will ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements in sales operations, oversee distributor claims and perform regular audits. This role is based in Karachi sales office, with frequent travel, and involves supporting the Zonal Sales Management team.
Employment Type:
Full-time: Monday - Saturday
Things you will be doing for the business:
• Implement operational controls and ensure compliance and governance
• Reconcile distributor sales, stocks, and ledgers, including ROI reporting
• Support AOP/ICP planning and drive improvement initiatives
• Conduct audits on sales promotions, merchandising, assets, and Capex budgeting
• Oversee distributor appointments, terminations, and separations
• Prepare dashboards and perform ad hoc analysis for data-driven decisions, focusing on trade spend, subsidies, RDC, and distributor incentives
