Full job description
- Ensure guards properly control staff during check-out time. (CENTRAL)
- Monitor and notify the administrator when headquarters personnel are found. Recording to see guards' activities during the night.
- Check that staff in bedrooms are not moving within the department and there are no sleepers in front of a department.
- Monitoring of video surveillance, especially the kitchen area after lunchtime.
- Check and note the opening hours of all outlets.
- Check the dashboard log for the night to see the activities of the night watch. In case of incident/misdemeanor, photos and videos are taken and forwarded to the administrator after processing. How long it takes to process depends on the case.
- Check and monitor E-Com Department calls. (Listen and report daily with audio and standard log file any customer complaints or feedback or inaccurate/inappropriate/no communications welcome from CRO
- Note that round-the-clock point activity and other violations/maintenance should be included in the daily reports.
- Check that the D.V.R.s plugs, cameras and connection are working properly and are in recording mode and that all point of sale and head office D.V.R. clocks are correct.
- Be aware of unusual movements of goods during opening and closing times of points of sale.
Salary: Rs.30,000.00 - 35,000 per month
