Job Title: Food Safety Supervisor
Department / Section: Quality Assurance
Reporting To: Food Safety Lead
Min Education / Qualification: BS Food Tech./ Food Sciences or Graduate (Age : 25 to 28 years)
Minimum Experience: At least 02 Years in Food/FMCG Industry
Minimum Skills & Trainings: Food safety related Trainings (FSSC 22000, HACCP etc)
RESPONSIBILITIES Duties To Perform
• Implement the companys Food Safety policy, SOPs & overall Food Safety Management System
• Daily Monitoring & Reporting of Food Safety incidents, PRPs, PPEs and Hygiene/Sanitization Controls
• Participate in Internal/External Audits & Regulatory Bodies Visits
• Identify areas for improvement in food safety practices and procedures.
• Provide Trainings to Workforce to enhance Food Safety Awareness & help build a Food Safety Culture
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Continually monitor Food Safety Risk Assessments, Critical Control Plans and minimize Food Safety Incidents
• Perform Gemba/Floor Visits for Food Safety Compliance Effectiveness & Share Data Analysis
