FIFA WORLD CUP: Hat-trick and Golden Boot in the final, Frenchman Kylian Mbappe made history

Argentina won the World Cup by beating France on penalties in the FIFA World Cup final in Qatar. The FIFA World Cup Final was a tense one that saw the two teams face off. 

On the one hand, Lionel Messi's magic continued in the final, on the other hand, French superstar Kylian Mbappe made history. Kylian Mbappe is the first player in 56 years to score a hat-trick in the World Cup final. 

Mbappe scored the first goal in the final with a penalty in the 80th minute, the second goal in the 81st minute and the third goal in the 118th minute again with a penalty. The 23-year-old French superstar also won the Golden Boot by scoring 8 goals at this World Cup. has received 


Mbappe has scored 12 goals in 16 World Cup appearances for France and is the sixth top scorer in World Cup history. 

Kylian Mbappe has been billed as football's rising powerhouse since he was 23. Mbappe has scored 190 goals in 236 appearances for Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in France's League One football league. 

Mbappe may not have earned his spot for a second straight World Cup, but he has won the hearts of millions around the world. 

In this regard, he is honored on the social networking site Twitter. Terence Clarke wrote of Mbappe that "we see the great player of the coming days emerging, he is Mbappe". 

As Mbappe scored his third goal, FIFA tweeted: "Have you seen anything like this today?"
