Realme V23i goes official without claim; Chip with dimension 700, 5000 mAh cell, IPS 90 Hz |
First, it's important to note that the V23i's entry-level price doesn't always justify its specs. The full spec sheet includes a so-so CPU, standard IPS display, no high-resolution camera, and 5,000mAh with no fast-charge metrics.
On the performance front, the Realme V23i uses the MediaTek MT6833 Dimensity 700 (7nm) chip. It's an entry-level 5G chip and the cheapest you'll find in any phone. It uses an underperforming MALI G57 GPU for graphics and visuals.
The only variant it ships in has a limited 4GB of RAM paired with 128GB of storage. However, Realme's latest V model has an SD card slot for additional storage. The V23i has an older OS based on Android 12 on Realme UI.
The V23i's minimal photography setup includes a 13-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel secondary camera, and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter capable of 1080p recording. The phone charges with 10W. It starts with a 5000 mAh cell and comes in black and blue colors. The phone, launched in China, surprisingly costs $288, which is around 64,000 Pakistani rupees, just 14,000 more than the retail price of the Realme C35.
