Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: 

SKILLS: 

• Good computer skills and interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of people in a polite and professional manner 

• Must have good communication and work skills 

• Greet and greet guests as they arrive at the office 

• Route visitors to the right person and office 

• Answer, filter and forward incoming calls 

• Make sure the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery and materials 

• Provide basic and accurate information in person and by phone/email 

• Strong time and stress management skills
