Used by millions of users every day. WhatsApp develops new features from time to time for the convenience of its users.
Users see two new icons in WhatsApp tab bar. In the minds of users, the question arises as to what functions these icons fulfill and what purpose they serve.
The recently launched community feature is now available for users in Pakistan and the surrounding region.
In WhatsApp, the icon of three dots will appear in the top left corner of the tab bar. If you click on it, you can see the groups and conversations that are included in the community. The same function is also available on the desktop.
Under the community feature, multiple groups can be added to a single box, and users, including group admins, can visit the same box to obtain information and transmit information. and can message all groups from a single chat.
The camera icon visible in the WhatsApp tab bar is also new for users. The functionality of this icon is old, but it has been replaced by the search button in the upper right corner of the tab bar.
As before, users can directly access the camera by clicking this icon and send photos and videos to anyone after taking them.
Previously, this icon was on the left side of the tab bar next to Chats, where it has now been replaced by the Communities icon.
It should be noted that this feature rolled out globally on November 3, but WhatsApp said it may take some time to reach all users.
