Moment Pot meat stroganoff is genuinely a one-pot dinner! Fork-delicate meat and mushrooms are cooked right with the egg noodles. This recipe is composed for the Moment Pot.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- ½ onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons salt, divided
- 2 pounds hamburger stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon newly ground dark pepper
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 cups hacked mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons generally useful flour
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 (16 ounce) bundle wide egg noodles
- ¾ cup sharp cream, or to taste
DIRECTION
Step 1
Turn on a multi-utilitarian tension cooker (like a Moment Pot) and select Sauté capability. Heat oil for 1 moment.
Stage 2
Add onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt to pot; cook and mix until onion starts to mellow, 3 to 4 minutes.
Stage 3
Sprinkle meat with 1 teaspoon salt and the pepper. Add to the pot. Cook and mix until meat is uniformly seared, around 2 minutes.
Stage 4
Add garlic and thyme; cook until fragrant, around 30 seconds.
Stage 5
Pour in soy sauce. Mix grows into the pot. Mix in flour until consolidated. Mix in chicken stock and staying 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Stage 6
Close and lock the cover. Set to high tension as per producer's guidelines for 10 minutes. Permit 10 to 15 minutes for strain to construct.
Stage 7
Discharge pressure cautiously utilizing the speedy delivery strategy.
Stage 8
Open pot; mix in egg noodles. Close and lock the cover. Set to high tension as per producer's guidelines for 5 minutes.
Stage 9
Discharge pressure normally for 5 minutes as per producer's guidance. Discharge remaining strain utilizing the speedy delivery strategy.
Stage 10
Open strain cooker; mix in sharp cream.
