Moment Pot meat stroganoff is genuinely a one-pot dinner! Fork-delicate meat and mushrooms are cooked right with the egg noodles. This recipe is composed for the Moment Pot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 2 pounds hamburger stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 teaspoon newly ground dark pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cups hacked mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons generally useful flour
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (16 ounce) bundle wide egg noodles
  • ¾ cup sharp cream, or to taste


DIRECTION

Step 1

Turn on a multi-utilitarian tension cooker (like a Moment Pot) and select Sauté capability. Heat oil for 1 moment.

Add onion and 1/2 teaspoon salt to pot; cook and mix until onion starts to mellow, 3 to 4 minutes.
