Seven injured, two in critical condition after firing on bus in Jerusalem

As a result of a shooting on a bus in the Palestinian city of Jerusalem, seven people have been injured, two of them are in critical condition. Zariai, citing Israeli police and health officials, said that a person suddenly opened fire on the bus.

The driver said that 'I was coming from the Western Wall area, the bus was full of passengers, as soon as I stopped the car at the Tomb of David station, the shooting started.' 


He further said that "with the firing, I saw two people fall out of the bus while two were covered in blood inside the bus, which caused chaos." 

Since the month of March, 19 people have been killed in Israel. 

Most of the attacks were carried out by Palestinians. In the same period, three Israeli Arab attackers were also killed. 

Last week, fierce fighting between Islamic Jihad and Israel took place in Gaza and at least 49 Palestinians were killed. 

Islamic Jihad fighters were also involved while children were also killed in these violent incidents.
