A leading member of the Muslim community in Britain has claimed that Muslims living here are at risk of being "attacked" at any time.

Cases are on the rise. In 2017, Finsbury Park Mosque was the target of a terrorist attack.

Five years ago, on June 19, a van hit pedestrians a few yards from the mosque, killing one person and injuring several others.

"Our community is still scared," he said. And they are in danger of being attacked at any time. This has not happened once.

The situation has worsened. Islamophobia is on the rise and no one can deny the situation.

His comments come as a new study reveals that several mosques in the UK have been attacked in the past three years.

Compiled by the Engagement and Development Group 'Mend'.

The report analyzes data from more than 100 mosques, revealing that 35% of Islamic centers face at least one anti-Muslim attack each year.

There is no definition of Islamophobia. We don't have any laws or legislation to protect the community.

We hope the government will take action.

Mend's research says crimes such as theft and vandalism have hurt Muslim institutions.

According to the latest figures, anti-Muslim sentiment has increased in England and Wales. This is an increase of 15%.

The number of racial and religious crimes recorded in 2021 was 76,884 and in 2020 it was 66,742.

"There is a lot of resistance in our community and we want to send a message through resistance that it will not affect our faith," he said.
