A man has been arrested in India for allegedly entering a temple and damaging idols after prayers were not accepted. 

The incident took place in Uttar Pradesh's Naveeda town. 

The report said the arrested person was identified as Vinod Kumar, a 27-year-old resident of Chattarpur district in Madhya Pradesh. In terms of labor.

A case has been registered against the accused under Section 295 of the Indian Penal Code, which deals with worship. 

The accused has been sent to jail.
