This delicious dish is prepared with meat and rice in a special way which is mixed with cumin, cardamom, pepper, garlic and turmeric and other spices.

Traditional dish prepared in oven Hebron's most important and oldest dish is the one that has been loved for many generations.

Special chef Saqr Abu Sunina says that Friday has always been a day of special appreciation.

Dozens of families living in the city do not cook in their homes but bring meat or chicken to us and we prepare food for them, he said.

Or take it with you on a picnic. It is not easy to make at home and not all the ingredients are available to cook it at home.

They are always looking for ready-made and delicious food and at the very least, it is the best alternative.

Residents of Hebron often prepare mostly drinks or soups in their homes during the month of Ramadan and other food dishes not only preferred but also preferred the ones prepared in the hotel.

Among those waiting in front of Khalil-ur-Rehman Bakery is Mohammad Al-Natsha, 53, a resident of Hebron.

Mohammad Al-Natsha says: With and with a chicken.

"I'm inviting about 30 people, including my brothers, sisters and their children, to a special feast," he said.

The people living in I also prepare it but their method of preparation of this dish is different.

They belong to the Abu Suneena family, and both are among the oldest families in Hebron, in the city.
