In the video, after the breath hold exercise, the actress was shown asking, "Am I epileptic?

When Kate Winslet found out how long she'd been holding her breath, she was ecstatic.

When asked during the TV show how she did it, the actress said, "First of all, it's not something you can do in the shower, it's not something you have to do yourself."

He added: "I trained for this for three weeks and during that time I learned every day how oxygen is distributed in the body, it's a very detailed and unusual process, I mastered it. I have understood'.

When asked what she thought about breaking Tom Cruise's record for holding his breath for six minutes in a 2015 film, Kate Winslet said, "As a woman, it feels good to learn something new."
