INGREDIENTS 
- 1 pound unsalted butter
 
- 1 kilo of brown sugar
 
- 1 pound powdered sugar
 
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream, softened
 
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
 
DIRECTION
Step 1
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Beat together the brown sugar and powdered sugar until smooth. 
Step 2
Take off the fire. Add the ice cream, cinnamon and nutmeg and beat until incorporated. Pour the mixture into a plastic container, cover and store in the refrigerator. 
How to make Hot Buttered Rum: 
For each serving of hot buttered rum, mix 1 tablespoon of rum batter and 1 ounce of rum juice in a cup of coffee. Fill the cup with hot water and mix to consolidate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top if desired.
