Preparing to blacklist 35 Chinese companies in America

The US government has planned to blacklist 35 Chinese companies, including Chinese chipmaker Yangtze Memory Technologies.

British news agency Reuters, citing Bloomberg News, said those companies would be part of the United States after the move. And will not be able to buy other materials. According to the report, a source familiar with the matter said the US Commerce Department would list it this week.

Once the company is included in the mentioned list, it must obtain a special license in order to be able to supply even the smallest goods.

The US Commerce Department had no comment when contacted by Reuters. Meanwhile, Yangtze Memory Technologies has also refused to discuss the matter.

Last month, Reuters claimed to have seen documents from the Ministry of Commerce that included comments from officials that some Chinese companies, including China's Yangtze Memory Technologies, were at risk of being blacklisted as soon as possible. It is.
