Samsung is committed to delivering future OS updates even sooner than this year

Samsung has an impressive track record of keeping its older devices up to date. In terms of support, the Korean giant ranks second in the industry with four years of major updates, just one year ahead of Apple's crowned iOS support. The four-year criteria will only apply to Galaxy phones unveiled in 2022.

Among the latest trends, Android 13 was announced on August 15 and almost 2.5 months later, the OTA covers most of Samsung's fledgling and mature portfolio. The updates were synced to countless flagship and mid-range devices in a short span of time. The chain already has a huge advantage over its Chinese competitors and will only improve.

In a new blog post, Samsung proudly boasts the official OneUI 5.0 x Android 13 released across multiple devices. The article also highlights the list of denominations to be updated next. Due to regional OTA distribution, Samsung's OneUI 5 may not be available in some areas yet.

The important news in this post is the brand's guarantee of delivering future updates faster than the gap (2.5 months) they took this time. The price of the Samsung Galaxy 13 is quite low, but that too would not be disregarded. As vague as that statement may be, Samsung never disappoints a promise. Users are likely to see faster response from the chain with next year's Android OS. In this way, Galaxies will finally catch up with Google's Pixel phones.

In addition, Samsung adds that the Galaxy A52s 5G and A32 will soon receive Android 13 x OneUI 5, hand in hand with the Z Fold 2 and 3. If we look at the most popular Galaxy devices in Pakistan, the Samsung Galaxy A32 is the price most popular in the domestic market. The next update cycle will soon hit the flagship tablets Galaxy Tab S8, Tab S7 FE and Tab S7, and later move to mid-range models like the Tab S6 Lite.
