Leaked Vivo X90 Series Promo Reveals Launch Timeline |
The much-anticipated Vivo flagships Vivo X90, X90 Pro and X90 Pro Plus are likely to be the next big thing for the global smartphone industry. Last month, the chain outlined the series' camera stats and shared some photos to showcase the improvements.
After introducing its latest V2 image processing chip on stage, the manufacturer soon wanted to announce the launch date for the upcoming successors of the Vivo X80. However, ahead of the official word, a promotional clip has been revealed that reveals the release date planned for this month on November 22nd (19:00 local time in China).

The graphics and layouts included belong to the X90 Pro Plus, its high-end sibling. In an old report, the Pro Plus variant was spotted in a red leather upper, but based on the latest teaser; There is also a black variant.
Another leaked video showed the official website of the latest Vivo X handset, which denied the chain's pre-order criteria. According to the latter, pre-sales of the X90 will start on November 14th. It's also worth noting that Vivo is planning to introduce the wireless TWS 3 series alongside the phones.

Vivo is no Samsung when it comes to the range of devices in different price ranges. All three siblings of the X90 series have different SoCs. According to Geekbench, the X90 Pro+ with Android 13 and 12GB of RAM is rocking the unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
The chain planned to launch the X90 Pro as the revamped X80 Pro Plus, but it appears to be going in a different direction. It could have the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 chip. The vanilla X90 will likely have the brand new MTK Dimensity 9200 CPU. In addition to the V2 chip, the X90 series houses a large 1-inch sensor with optical image stabilization.
