Ukraine's military has accused Russia of using phosphorus bombs in attacks, while the death toll from a missile attack on a residential building in Odessa has risen to 21.
The French news agency AFP quoted Ukrainian officials as saying that Russian planes had twice attacked the land island, also known as Snack Island, on Friday, while Russian troops withdrew from the island on the same day.
