Israeli extremists threaten to attack Al-Aqsa Mosque, Palestinians worried

The OIC has said that the increase in aggression is a violation of international resolutions.

Palestinian worshipers returned to the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound on Saturday after violent clashes with Israeli forces two days earlier.

Tensions and unrest remain in Palestine, according to Arab News, as extremist Jewish groups attacked the mosque on Sunday.

Has threatened. Nabil Fedi, a political analyst in East Jerusalem, said the people of Jerusalem feared a temporary split between Muslims and Jews over the temporary division of the Al-Aqsa Mosque, as was the case with the Abrahamic Mosque in Hebron.

"Israel is trying to separate the 350,000 Palestinians living in East Jerusalem from the Palestinians living in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and inside Israel," Nabil Fedi told Arab News. But recent events have shown that the Palestinians are united.

This is the case of Al-Aqsa Mosque. He described Friday's attack as a test of Palestinian reaction.

According to Nabil Fidi, what happened in Al-Aqsa confirms that the Palestinians are ready to sacrifice their lives to save the mosque.

They will not allow Jewish rituals inside Islam's third holiest site.

Extremist Jewish groups threatened to attack the mosque on Sunday

The Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) condemned the Israeli advance in Jerusalem and the attack on worshipers inside Al-Qabli Mosque and Al-Aqsa Plaza, in which more than 150 worshipers were injured and hundreds arrested.

The OIC said that This dangerous increase is an insult to the sentiments of the entire Muslim Ummah and a blatant violation of international resolutions.

" Has called on the international community, especially the UN Security Council, to take action against these persistent violations.

Political differences between Palestinian factions have their place, but the Al-Aqsa Mosque holds them together to liberate their territory from Israeli occupation.

Ibrahim al-Anbawi, a resident of East Jerusalem, said: Jordan and the Palestinian Authority have been accused of failing to protect Islamic holy sites and have been urged to remain Israeli.

Take a strong stand against threats.
