One should drink as much water as possible during the month of Ramadan. |
In the early days of Ramadan, a sudden headache usually starts before noon or before iftar, due to which a person cannot concentrate on his work and time is wasted. The following are the causes of migraine:
1- Sudden change in sleep and waking hours during the month of Ramadan, which doubles the chances of developing headaches.
2- Sudden decrease in caffeine in the blood and consumption of sufficient amount of caffeine during Ramadan.
3- Fundamental change in diet in terms of quality and quantity of food during Ramadan.
4: Missing Sehri also causes a feeling of extreme hunger and headaches during fasting.
5: If you neglect to drink a large amount of water after breaking the fast in Ramadan, your body will become dehydrated, which will lead to constipation and hence the cause of headaches. There is also danger.
6: Hunger, thirst, difficulty concentrating, fatigue and frequent heartbeats are frequent complaints.
7: Blood sugar levels are lower during Ramadan than on normal days.
To prevent headaches during Ramadan, doctors and experts have suggested a few points:
1: Limit consumption of hot drinks such as coffee and tea.
2: Avoid heavy smoking.
3: Eat during the day. Start reducing the amount of water slowly.
4: To get into the habit of fasting, avoid refreshments between meals.
5: To avoid dehydration in the body to drink more water after Iftar.
