The Iranian President determination to continue the strike operation against the protesters

Tehran: Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi has expressed his determination to continue crackdown on the ongoing violent protests in the country.

According to the international news agency, protests continue across the country over the death in custody of young Kurdish girl Mehsa Amini, who was arrested in September last year for not wearing the hijab properly.

These violent protests also saw clashes between police and protesters and so far more than 500 people have been killed including 46 police officers while 4 protesters have been hanged.

The Iranian government has stepped up its crackdown on the protests, accusing them of Western backing, and so far more than a dozen protesters have been sentenced to death.

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi insisted on identifying, bringing to justice and punishing those involved in the violence after world leaders including the United States for the hanging of 4 protesters and the execution of more than 12 other protesters had been criticized. What did you do?

President Ibrahim Raisi said he will not allow Western countries' plot to weaken Iran to succeed. The state will crack down on protesters who disturb the peace.

The human rights group says President Ibrahim Raisi himself oversees a crackdown on violent protesters, just as he played a key role as a prosecutor in 1988 in sentencing political prisoners.

It should be remembered that in 1988 political prisoners opposed to Khomeini's revolution were sentenced to death by the then-established government death committee. Prosecutor Ibrahim Raisi, who was also an assistant judge, was on this commission.
