Software has been created that imitates the human voice in three seconds, this software is called whale, AI. 

According to a foreign news agency, Microsoft has previously developed another program, Dell E, that imitates the paintings of famous artists. 

Now this model is text-to-speech, which means it converts written words into speech. It can mimic anyone's voice in the world because all it needs is a three-second audio file. However, further enhancements may require a slightly longer audio file. 

The software is so effective that it can even simulate the emotional fluctuations of the voice. Microsoft has developed an artificial intelligence software based on artificial intelligence that listens to a person's voice for three seconds and creates a perfect copy of it. 

The software also simulates voice pitch, emotional tone and fluctuations. 

That way you can make Wall-E play any character they never said they would. It can also lead to a flood of new audio and fake recordings and cause various problems.
