Covid19: After the end of the ban, two new deaths from Corona were confirmed in China

China has confirmed the number of deaths from the epidemic just weeks after the lifting of restrictions related to the coronavirus, raising new concerns about the resurgence of the coronavirus.

According to the Reuters news agency, two deaths from Corona were officially confirmed in China on Monday.

It should be noted that after protests against the restrictions in other cities, including Beijing, China lifted all restrictions on December 3, causing a surge in cases.

On the other hand, a reporter associated with Reuters said that about 20 bodies were seen lying near the funeral home on Saturday, but it could not be confirmed that these deaths were due to Corona, while many of the bodies were kept in the crematorium for Death related to Corona. The scaffolding was also removed.

China officially reported the death toll during the global epidemic as 5,237, but experts say the real number is much higher.

According to China's National Health Commission (NHC), the death toll from the coronavirus on Saturday was 1,995 compared to 2,097 in the same period last year.

There are also doubts about the information provided by the Chinese government authorities. And suspicions have been raised that this is actually the opposite of a worsening of the situation.

Shortly after China confirmed two deaths from the coronavirus on Monday morning, related hashtags became the top trend on the social networking site Weibo.

Consumers raised questions about the data, asking "what good is incomplete data" and "aren't they misleading the public?"

Although China has eased restrictions like other countries, the Chinese public may be paying the price because of weakened immunity to the virus and reluctance to vaccinate the elderly, according to health experts.
