An Iraqi court has sentenced an ISIS member to death for plotting a 2021 bombing. 

A bomb blast near the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, has killed at least 32 people. 

It was the first suicide bombing in Baghdad in late 2017, three years after Iraq announced the defeat of the militant group.
